[Gtk-sharp-list] Strange ComboBox effect

I believe this is by design, GTK internally "scrolls" the popup to
make sure that it fits onscreen and that the selected item is
positioned over the combobox button. When you move over the arrow
buttons at the top/bottom of the list, it scrolls.
