[Gtk-sharp-list] Background color of Notebook page

I tried around a bit further and noticed that a DrawingArea does not inherit
white as its color, even when inside a notebook page. So I put a DrawingArea
inside a fixed container inside a notebook page. And them my GUI container
inside that fixed container, too.
Unfortunately, the DrawingArea always appears on top of all. Don't know if
THAT would work if I somehow managed to put the DrawingArea behind
everything else in the same container.

But hey, we now have two paths seemingly leading nowhere :D
