[Gtk-sharp-list] Icon on a button

I am extremely new to mono and gtk. I am actually using the MonoMac
(http://mono-project.com/MonoMac) foundation library.

I designed the UI for my app in Interface Builder and wanted to add a
custom icon to a button. After hunting around I saw the Image property
in the Button Attributes window. When you pull the dropbox down you get
a bunch of NS* images that are already defined.

How do I get my custom image into this list? -or-
Do I need to load the image from code and manually insert it in the button?
