[Gtk-sharp-list] Problem with GTK#2.12.10 for Win 32 (for MonoDevelop)

I wanted to install MonoDevelop and downloaded and tried to install
GTK#2.12.10.win32.msi. It gaves me an error message that it wants to see
.Net Framework 2 or higher. But I think I have .Net Framework V4 installed
in files:
-.Net Framework 4 Client Profile
-.Net Framework 4 Extended
-.Net Framework 4 Multi-Targeting Package.
-MS Windows SDK for Win7 and .Net Framework 4

What am I missing?
