[Gtk-sharp-list] Gtk.IconTheme.Default.LoadIcon doesn't appear to work on the Mac

pixbuf = Gtk.IconTheme.Default.LoadIcon(Gtk.Stock.File, 48,
(Gtk.IconLookupFlags) 0);

The above call, which works fine in Linux, crashes on the Mac.  I'm
wondering why.  Any ideas? Fixes?
