[Gtk-sharp-list] Equivalent to Windows.Forms DateTimePicker

Hi,
Well when you finally take it, there is a null object being referenced on HDateTime constructor.
The comboBox.Entry.Text is being set just after this.Build(); but comboBox is null.
if I finally use it (if I found a way to make the widgets appear, being new to GTK# is still a pending issue for me) I'll prepare diffs for any other runtime error I found.
