[Gtk-sharp-list] Missing JPEG loader from GDK?

KK. I managed to solve it. I have no idea why the loader was not included in
the loader modules. But I went and manually type in the entry into the
gdk-pixbuf.loaders

The dlls are all installed but i think jpeg lib was named libjpeg7.dll
instead of libjpeg-7.dll
