[Gtk-sharp-list] TypeInitializationException with Gtk# 2.12.10 on Windows Vista

Hi David,

At first, I was sure that was going to be the problem --- the XP 
computer actually belongs to me, and already has several Gtk apps on it, 
while the other two belong to friends who probably haven't even heard of 
Gtk.  Unfortunately, installing Gtk on the Vista system didn't change 
anything -- I still get exactly the same error.  I haven't tried on Win7 
yet, but I expect I'll get the same result there.
