[Gtk-sharp-list] Toggled state change and events

I know this is a very old thread now at this point, however I was also
looking to accomplish the same thing very recently and I just wanted to post
a follow up for any others who search the list to know that for me the best
method was to use RadioButtons and set the DrawIndicator and Modes to false.
