[Gtk-sharp-list] Hide/remove the up/down arrow buttons of a Gtk.SpinButton

That's right but I want to avoid writing everything (validation, up-down and
page updown increase/decrease, convenience properties (min, max, step, climb
rate), ValueChanged event, etc.) myself. Removing the buttons is completely
enough if there is a way to do this.
