Banshee uses ige-mac-integration. However, to use it, you need it set
it up by making a few calls. You can find a managed wrapper library in
the Banshee source.

MD uses Carbon P/Invokes directly, because ige-mac-integration's
approach didn't work at all with our custom command system.
