[Gtk-sharp-list] how to embed icon into executable?

Hello,
Does anyone know how I can embed icons into my executable? I'm using
MonoDevelop, and have played around with the different options that seem
available for using icons, but in all cases it seems like it's still looking
for an external file. I've looked around on the web but can't find anything
on how to do this. Is this something that can be done through the MD IDE, or
perhaps outside?

Any help appreciated.
