[Gtk-sharp-list] Running GTK Sharp Apps without installing gtksharp

You have to download and run the Gtk# .net installers. There is no clean 
way to get around that for example by just copying some Gtk# files on 
the target system as the Gtk# installer has to install the dlls into the 
global assembly cache.

As the installer in under 10 Mbyte, this is not really a handicap.
