[Gtk-sharp-list] NodeView PATCH

Hi Mike et al,

I posted a patch to https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=480067
that adds some missing functionality to NodeView allowing the use of
an ITreeNode where only a TreePath was available.  I am afraid it does
not add Sorting and Filtering to NodeStore.

If we are serious about going to a mono 2.0 profile, we should
consider using generics.  I am a big fan and I support the change (if
someone is keeping count).

For those who can't wait, a hack/workaround for sorting:  Sort your
model and add Nodes to NodeStore in order.
