[Gtk-sharp-list] GIO in Gtk-Sharp

gio-sharp landed in gtk-sharp svn this Sunday. Before this, it was
developed in its own gio-sharp svn module.

it's still in development, but the implemented parts are working.

there's some code sample in sample/ (in the gio-sharp module) and f-spot
uses it too.

please reports bugs and missing features.
