[Gtk-sharp-list] spinbutton (24-hour format)

hello... 
i wanted to use a spin buttons to allow a user to choose a time in 24-hour
format...
so the first spin button would be for hours (00-23) and second one for
minutes (00-59)...
i see that i can set how many numbers after the decimal,  but i want to set
numbers displayed before the decimal...
so,  instead of my spin button showing '0',  it shows '00', and 01, 02, 03, 
etc...

any help?
