[Gtk-sharp-list] Please reopen bug 429866

I have reported this bug a few days ago:

They marked it as resolved and told me that what I say is not true, but 
it is. Gtk+ developer confirmed it. I wrote new comment in the bug 
thread and tried to reopen it, but it requires that I write comment to 
that action, but there is no field for it. Please someone, reopen it or 
at least read my additional comment. I think no one did, because there 
is no answer to it.
