[Gtk-sharp-list] Gtk# 2.12 for Windows

Just thought I'd make mention that there is an issue with Gtk# 2.12.3 on
.NET, which is fixed in SVN head. We are using the latest gtk+ bundle with
gtk-sharp svn head and it runs wonderfully on windows.
