[Gtk-sharp-list] Dialog in a Taskbar

Hello guys,

     I wanted to create a Pop-Up dialog for my application.
     But I want this pop-up dialog also to be accessible through the 
taskbar.

     I tried searching for the properties of Gtk.Window and Gtk.Dialog 
on how to do this but I can't find any.

     Does anyone know how I can do this in gtk-sharp?

     Btw, im using mono 1.2.6 and gtk-sharp 2.10 on Windows Xp.
