[Gtk-sharp-list] Deployment to Windows

There shouldn't be anything special. Do you have access to visual studio? If
so you can create a deployment project there to build an msi installer and
just include your dependencies. With VS you can also check to see if Mono is
installed. There are other installer builders out there as well you could
search google for
