[Gtk-sharp-list] Involvement of Gtk# community into development

Sorry, but there is no guaranteed time of response in open source
projects. 1 week is a reasonable amount of time for pinging the
maintainer(s) about a patch review, but not for accusing the community
of lack of involvement. Get used to it.
