[Gtk-sharp-list] Building GNOME SHARP using ./bootstrap-2.16.0 --prefix=/usr

Hi all

How to u compile gnome-sharp-2.16.0 using ./bootstrap command instead of
./configure?

I'm getting an error saying that *./bootsrap: NO such file or directory*

and from where do run this command ?
As i cant see any bootstrap file/binary in the folder...

Plz help....
