[Gtk-sharp-list] Problems with VS2008 and Mono.Cairo

I have successfully used Mono.Cairo with VS 2008. I've attached a VS 2008
project that uses Gtk# 2.12 and Mono.Cairo 2.0 as provided in the Medsphere
installer (
http://medsphere.org/community/project/openvista-cis/blog/2008/10/02/gtk-212-win32-installer).
Can you get this to work?
