[Gtk-sharp-list] Sizing Windows to 1/4 screen

How can I Sinze/Move windows to fit into 1/4 of screen size.
I did try to Move/Resize to 				

	win.Screen.Width/2
	win.Screen.Height/2

but this does result in overlapping Windows.
