[Gtk-sharp-list] Cairo.Context: called from finalization thread, programmer is missing a call to Dispose

On Working with Gtk.PrintOperation I do get several messages regarding
undisposed Cairo contexts.

My Application does call Dispose on the PrintOperation Object and the
FontDescription objects created.

What else has to be disposed after printing?
