[Gtk-sharp-list] AppendColumn

Hi,

Once I figured out that AppendColumn returns a column, I was able to
use AddAttribute to add the bindings I was looking for.  It works
great!  Thank you so much for the help.

Is there a reason AppendColumn does not have an overload that takes a
column as a parameter?  I am used to building objects, then adding
them to their parents.  This is obviously no big deal, but I was
curious.

I suggest that we add some more complexity to the fantastic

example.  Maybe add an OnSale (or whatever else is preferred) property
to the node.  This could get rendered a different color (or font or
whatever).
