[Gtk-sharp-list] Working context menu prototype

Hi all,
Since I bitched so much about how there was no context menu code
available, I thought I better share what I got going. I reckon it
looks alright, especially for short menus. Of course a little more
work would make it look a lot flashier. At least though, the menu
items sit together well, the menu activates *immediately* on opening,
and you can hook the items up to standard event handlers. So now you
can right click on your canvas or whatever and get a menu that is in
context of where the click was. It has worked a treat for me
(compared to what I had going).
I'm not sure if I've tried submitting a file here before, either way
we'll see how it goes - it's only 6 kB. "I mean, come on!" :-)
I sincerely hope someone finds this useful, I know I could have lived
without having to write this myself. :-)
Aaron.
