[Gtk-sharp-list] New homes for Gda#/GnomeDb#

I would go with (c), but these probably are better handled in either the
Gnome SVN repository, or Google SVN hosting (because our Mono SVN is not
ideal to host a lot of third party packages, we are trying to move away
from doing that).
