[Gtk-sharp-list] GTK# frame mouse enter/hover/leave

I have built an application using MS .NET 2.0 and I'm wanting to port it to
Linux. Is there a signal comparable to mouse enter/hover/leave for GTK#. I
am new to GTK# so I may be asking the wrong question, when the mouse if over
a panel/frame there is a drawstring that is painted to the panel/frame.
