[Gtk-sharp-list] GTK# 2.10 for Windows?

When I use the GTK# 2.8.3 installer from
http://forge.novell.com/modules/xfmod/project/?gtks-inst4win it installs the
C# dlls in the GAC.

The Medsphere GTK# 2.10.1 did not seem to do that.  Are there any plans on
supporting this?
