Thanks very much for the link Cody. For anyone searching this list
who, like me, doesn't normally search through the Gtk+ bugs as well,
the link below contains a useable workaround.
About this Gtk# 2.10 for Windows, how long does it generally take for
the Novell guys to get around to updating their installer packages?
Gtk# 2.10 itself has already been around for ages, hasn't it?
