I'm glad there is some interest in what we've done from the community!
(Full disclosure: I'm a Medsphere Win32 Gtk# installer building spy.)

The installer sources are available in a zipped up format on
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/openvista/win32-gtk-installer-src.zip?modtime=1172342816&big_mirror=0 so you could probably just merge this with Wade Berrier's Mono Installer (http://svn.myrealbox.com/source/trunk/release/windows-installer/).

I'd assume it would be a pretty straightforward task, since both of our
installers share roots in Paco Martinez' original sources.

Let me know if you need any help navigating the InnoSetup files.
