[Gtk-sharp-list] Gtk.TextBuffer and Pixbuf

Hi, I've Gtk.TextBuffer with pixbufs...
Now, How i could get TextBuffer.Text replacing images with specified text?

for example:
    Buffer.Text = text PIXBUF text PIXBUF text
i want something like this
    Buffer.Text = text (imagePath) text (imagePath) text
