Hello !

I am using Pango.CairoHelper from Gtk# 2.10. I need to port my
application to Windows, but Windows only supports Gtk# 2.8 at this
moment, and it seems that there is no Pango.CairoHelper in Gtk# 2.8.
What can I do to draw a Pango layout into a Cairo context.
