[Gtk-sharp-list] Error on first steps with mono and GTK at all

Try:

Otherwise, the MS .NET (and not Mono) environment takes care of the execution.

Once you have that working, you can test it on MS .NET 1.1 by
installing one of these files:

[1] Novell Gtk-Sharp Installer for MS.NET 1.1 (Runtime version)
[2] Novell Gtk-Sharp Installer for MS.NET 1.1 (Developmenet version)
