Amen, brother.  :-)

Seriously, though, it is unlikely we will add any library to Gtk# that
is outside the "Gnome Platform" release, at this point.  Since gtkspell
isn't even part of the "Gnome Desktop" release set, I don't think it
should be included in Gtk#.
