[Gtk-sharp-list] Context (popup) menus, Widget.PopupMenu and treeviews

Hi Carlos,

"To Be Added" means the "documentation isn't available yet" not that
the functionality isn't working.

Jon,

Did you try to make your event-handler with the [Before] attribute, so
that it is run before the default one that may cut the event
processing short?
