It's automatically generated from the Gtk.metadata and *.custom files,
using gapi_codegen.exe (in the top-level "generator" folder). See
http://www.mono-project.com/GAPI for an explanation. The complete C#
code that is compiled can be found in the "generated" folder after you
have compiled gtk-sharp.
