[Gtk-sharp-list] ButtonPressEvent doesn't get fired for a TreeView

Not so much. The big driver behind it was MonoDevelop integration, but
now MonoDevelop has been integrated with glade3. At the time I started
working on stetic, glade3 had been stalled for a year or so, so stetic
made more sense then, but the world doesn't really need 3 different
GNOME ui designers in 3 different languages (glade3, gazpacho, and stetic).

Of course, I still think stetic has some good UI ideas that gazpacho and
glade3 should steal :-).
