[Gtk-sharp-list] TextView as small Editor with italic/bold/underline

Hi all,
is there a example for a small editor with formating the Text.

I don't understand the usage of TextTag's.
The goal is to have some Toggle buttons for i/b/u while typing the text.

Qt-Designer has a little editor for Text.
