[Gtk-sharp-list] Triggering a draw in Gtk# / Windows

QueueDraw should do what you need it to do.  If you are calling it from
another thread you need to wrap it in an Application.Invoke or similar
as gtk is not thread-safe.

As for windows, you may be hitting the same bug that another person
posted about and I responded to a few days ago:
