All right, after talking to the some cairo/pango folks, it seems this
part of the API is intended to be public.  Instead of creating a new
assembly to provide the API, I have just added pangocairo.h to the
pango-sharp parse and mapped those methods to libpangocairo for pinvoke
purposes.

I also committed your DemoPrinting sample.  When I run the sample, it
seems to run to completion okay, but I never see a page on my printer.
I have a fairly funky samba configuration to a network printer though.
