Not at all.  Gtk# parses the Gtk+ header files to generate XML files
describing the logical structure of the underlying Gtk+ code.  From
this, C# code is generated that wraps the Gtk+ code (written in C).  I
want to know the format of this XML file, and what the tags represent
in the underlying Gtk+ code.  It has nothing to do with documentation.
