So if I understand the patch correctly, pango_cairo_show_layout is the
only cairo backend method needed?
I don't think we want to expose the backend code in pango-sharp. If
there is really no way to draw a layout on a PrintContext without going
direct to the cairo backend, that seems like a bug.
