[Gtk-sharp-list] CheckButton Inconsistent property - Windows problem

Setting the Inconsistent property on a CheckButton to true does not change
the visual appearance of the CheckButton. Tested on Linux and works. Any one
else experience this? Work arounds? Using Gtk 2.6 with latest C# source from
svn.
