You have two choices:
- Using Gnome.Canvas
and
- Using System.Drawing through Gtk.DotNet
I'm not quite sure if using Gtk.DrawingArea allows you to draw
Gtk.Widgets on the top of the images, but I'm sure that Gnome.Canvas
allows it.
With this few information now you can start ;)
