[Gtk-sharp-list] Custom (subclassed) widget, example

Hello,

I attached a trivial example where adding a subclassed widget to a 
glade-initialized Gtk# GUI fails.  A subclassed Gtk.Label instance is 
added to a glade-intialized VBox, but fails to show up.
