[Gtk-sharp-list] MS Visual Studio Support

I already installed Mono, which comes with Gtk# bundled.

It is not at all clear that these actually allow Gtk# widgets to be 
added to the Toolbox. Which dll/exe should be added to make the widgets 
appear in the toolbox?
