[Gtk-sharp-list] Can I group items in TreeView without rebuilding model?

It's a great question.  So great that I really cannot answer it :-)

Honestly this is the first time I came across Vladimir Vukicevic's
ManagedTreeModel.  I went after that but have no clue which may work
(better) since I have no experience with it.
