[Gtk-sharp-list] how to on configuration files

hello

i need to create configuration file for my application. and need the 
mechanism of reading and writeing from and to this file. maybe some 
style of .ini files:

name=value

or some kind of xml file.

i was looking in documentation, but i am not sure with the results. can 
you help me? the great will be some example...
